Documentary director Quyên Nguyen-Le and Co-Director Tadashi Nakamura have created a documentary/biopic about Asian American activist, singer, and elder Nobuko Miyamoto who became the “voice” of the Asian American movement. In her memoir, “Not Yo Butterfly” she shares her “song of relocation, race, love, and revolution”. Through her music and book Nobuko shares her life journey as an
artist and activist.
